That intro was the funniest thing i've ever seen. 😂
As someone who was very skinny in high school, I remember doing 100 situps and 300 crunches everyday for nearly an entire school year, as well as doing pilates (a hard version with my coach) every tuesday and thursday... I can say this, abs came and I ended up having a ab belly of sorts. I kind of regret having done it that way, because it turns out if you don't stretch out the abs and pull them from beyond a flat position you actually end up developing the top part of your abs mostly. Something you can't hear with the fact the video has been edited to avoid hearing the sounds he was making.... you fart a lot doing this haha. You literally squeeze the crap out of your food and between the heavy breathing and the movement (and also protein/weight gainer shakes).... You're clearing rooms ahah! But awesome work Beast. Just make sure you do ab exercises that are essentially stretching out your abs.
its better for your back i think, if you dont do them all the way up, but just to like a 30 to 45 degree angle, also it is harder for muscles :) But i mean those also work.

Eddie is BOX OFFICE! He did his 500kg deadlift in competition at GIANTS LIVE which is a HUGE STAGE, he didn't have the "Home Gym advantage" or anything that could be considered an edge due to any biased or related "officials". Thor is a bad dude but Eddie is gonna beat the brakes off of him!
I'm not a pro athlete or anything, but I like to be quite active, and out of all the ab-based videos I've seen, this one has motivated me the most, it might have been the music in the background, but idk.

Heya, anybody know specifically what make, model, and brand that sit up pad is? I dropped from 525 to 371 and getting that pad would sure inspire my upcoming challenge. That and needing a bench as strong as his with a significantly lower starting core... Thx in advance for the help if you got a lead for me. Happy New Year!

Would be interesting to know what steroid cycles you do Eddie . Idea for the next video 👍👍. You go on about protein and supplements but always forget to mention the steroids . Which are a big part of keeping that muscle mass. Should think you do alot of decc durabolon amongst others because of all that water retention. Also what about anti estrogens you take and growth hormone. Do a run down of your cycles with dosages. Be honest with the fans

Its interesting you need something to plant your feet because im exactly the bloody same i can about 30 sit ups but ill get halfway up and if my feet aren't planted and my legs just rise in the air and I fail I am 6 ft 1 im not sure if its because I have short legs or something completely unsure🤣🤣

So I’ve decided to take your challenge. I’m 65 years old, weigh in at 350lbs. I’m 6’4” & have always been naturally strong. When I played football back in the 70’s, I weighed a stealthy 280lbs & could run a 4.8 second 40 while benching about 450lbs maximum. I can still bench over 300lbs. But my core muscles are depleted to the point where I find it difficult to walk. Over the years I have had terrible spinal problems that have lead me to have 3 separate surgeries where my spine has been fused from S1 to L2. I have been in constant pain since, that requires me to take about 30-45mg of Oxycodone a day. But I say to Hell with the pain. I started today 12/02/2020 to do your sit-up challenge. You have inspired me. I was able to do 10 sit-ups on this first day. I will do this every day along with doing low rows for my back muscles. I will keep you informed of my progress. It was difficult to do those first 10 I will admit, but I’m determined. Thanks Eddie
